Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Violet Floral, a wedding and event floral design business based in Baltimore, Maryland. By booking services with Violet Floral, the client agrees to the following terms.

Consultations and Booking
Consultations are available by appointment and may be conducted in person or virtually. Event dates are secured only upon receipt of a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer. Availability is limited and bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Retainer and Payment Schedule
A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date. This retainer is applied toward the total balance. Payment schedules will be outlined in the client’s contract, with final payment typically due prior to the event date. Failure to complete payments on time may result in cancellation of services.

Design and Floral Selection
All floral designs are custom-created based on the client’s preferences, seasonal availability, and design expertise. While Violet Floral will make every effort to honor specific flower requests, substitutions may be necessary due to market conditions, weather, or supply limitations. Substitutions will always be of equal or greater value and aesthetic.

Pricing and Adjustments
All proposals are valid for a limited time and subject to change based on seasonal pricing fluctuations and availability. Final pricing may be adjusted if there are changes to the scope of work, including but not limited to guest count, design complexity, or delivery logistics.

Cancellations and Refunds
All payments made, including the retainer, are non-refundable. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. If cancellation occurs, any additional payments beyond the retainer may be refunded at the discretion of Violet Floral, depending on work already completed and materials purchased.

Event Changes and Rescheduling
Requests to change the event date or details must be submitted in writing. Violet Floral will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes; however, availability cannot be guaranteed. Rescheduled events may be subject to updated pricing and terms.

Delivery, Setup, and Breakdown
Delivery and setup services will be outlined in the contract. Violet Floral is not responsible for delays caused by venue restrictions, traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond its control. If breakdown or pickup services are included, all rental items must be available and ready for retrieval at the agreed-upon time.

Rental Items
Any rental items provided remain the property of Violet Floral and must be returned in the same condition as delivered. The client is responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to rental items and may be charged replacement or repair costs.

Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate event details, including location access, setup times, and coordination with venues or planners. Violet Floral is not liable for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information.

Photography and Marketing
Violet Floral reserves the right to photograph floral designs and use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Liability
Violet Floral is not liable for damages or delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to severe weather, accidents, venue restrictions, or supply chain disruptions. Liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client.

Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond control, Violet Floral reserves the right to adjust, reschedule, or cancel services. Efforts will be made to provide alternative solutions where possible.

Agreement
By signing a contract and submitting payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
